The sauce contains a harmonious relationship of our hand-crafted Malay Curry Powder and vital Vietnamese flavours of galangal, Thai holy basil and lemongrass.

The Vietnamese Kho Gourmet Cooking Sauce will be on the table in 30 minutes, making it ideal for a midweek meal. Serves 3 to 4 with a shelf life up to 18 months.
